Skills taught include:
- Replacing broken strings, hammers, and keys.
- Regulating or adjusting the keys on uprights and grands so they work optimally and respond accurately.
- Repair pianos so they will stay in tune.
- Fixing sticky hammers and keys.

We will also touch on informal topics as we go. Some examples are:

- Career opportunities.
