Tuning:	Regular Tuning $105 Prices are for regular tuning. Pitch Raise to concert pitch up to $60 extra. Pianos that have not been tuned in more than two years may also have extra charges if they are very badly out of tune. Extra charges if any will be confirmed before any work is done.
